The problem with pitchbooks
Every M&A advisor knows the sequence: spend two weeks building a pitchbook, send it to the client, win the mandate, then repeat from scratch for the CIM. The work is repetitive, the formatting is time-consuming, and the research — finding the right comps, ranking buyers — often takes longer than the analysis itself.
At Amafi, we built our own internal tooling to automate the pitchbook pipeline — research, valuation, comp selection, buyer ranking, and slide generation. It cut our turnaround from two weeks to 34 minutes.
Fyside makes that same pipeline available to other advisory firms — with their own branding, their own deal data, and a chat interface that makes it feel like briefing a well-resourced junior analyst.
What's under the hood
Amafi deal database
332K closed transactions and 120K buyer profiles sourced from Capital IQ and enriched by Amafi's own advisory work. Not available anywhere else.
Claude AI agent
The generation pipeline is orchestrated by a Claude agent with streaming tool use — research, analysis, slide generation, and publishing happen in a single conversation thread.
Battle-tested pipeline
The underlying pitchbook pipeline has been used on live Amafi mandates. Fyside wraps it with multi-tenancy, firm branding, and a chat interface — not a prototype built in a hackathon.
